The 40-foot shipping container accommodates an industrial washing system with two drying modules. Washing and subsequent drying help return cleaned items to manufacturing and logistics processes. Actual residual moisture depends on item geometry, positioning and operating parameters.
Operators use a SCADA interface on a 15.6-inch industrial touchscreen PC. Process settings are defined for the material, dimensions, contamination and throughput required. A container-based installation can reduce the need for a dedicated washing room, although utility connections and site access must be verified before deployment.

Special items need an application-specific assessment
FORCHEM can design custom tunnel washing systems for pallets, industrial trays, blister inserts, production fixtures and other components. These applications may require a different tunnel cross-section, conveyor, item orientation, nozzle arrangement or drying configuration than standard crate cleaning.
Not every custom FORCHEM application is automatically supported by a particular rental container configuration. Pallets, trays, blister inserts and unusual parts require prior verification of dimensions, weight, material, contamination and cleanliness requirements. If the container system is unsuitable, a separately engineered FORCHEM tunnel washer may be the better option.
